World Diabetes Month, Thai Style

Let’s be honest.  Eating well sometimes isn’t easy. It’s possibly more difficult when you’re a diabetic and looking for healthier solutions to dining. November is hailed globally as World Diabetes Month   and November 14th, the world celebrates World Diabetes Day in a effort to raise awareness for overall proper diabetic health and dieting. Many organisations will tell you don’t eat this , you can’t use that – But!  We can create  some options that you can use.
